Who AM I?

SILVIA SEDLAKOVA

Welcome to Cloud 9 home organizing, a place where organization brings not only order but also beauty, ease, and peace of mind. I’m Silvia, the founder of Cloud9. My love for creating calm and functional spaces started early.
Growing up in Slovakia, I saw how clutter could weigh down a home—my grandfather’s habit of holding onto too many things especially showed me the impact our environment has on our well-being. That’s when I discovered my passion for transforming spaces into ones that feel light, functional, and truly supportive.

After finishing a university and living and experiencing life abroad – in Australia, I moved to Vancouver on a working holiday visa in 2016 where I fell in love with British Columbia. My experience living with roommates in shared households honed my organizational skills and I was fortunate to begin working for one of Vancouver’s top home organizers, Sherry. Under her mentorship, I developed my professional skills and decided to open my own home organizing business.

OUR GOAL

At Cloud 9, our goal is simple — to bring the results you want, in the time we estimate, while making the whole process feel light and enjoyable.

My creative mind loves finding solutions that not only work well but also look beautiful. You’ll often find me measuring cabinets, drawers, or tricky corners while researching the best tools, layouts, or pieces of furniture for your home. And when something outside of organizing can help, I’m happy to recommend another service too.

Clients often connect with us on a friendly, personal level — and many share that we bring a really positive energy into their home. We always come from a place of zero judgment. Everyone is dealing with different things in life, and many people simply haven’t discovered the full potential their space has.

One of my favourite parts is helping clients learn how to keep the system going once we create it together.
Our goal is to help you feel supported, uplifted, and excited about your space again.

PROJECTS

After the initial contact, we ask you to send photos or videos of the space so we can understand the project. When needed, we also offer in-person consultations to get an even better sense of your home.

From there, we estimate the time required, identify which organizing products will be most effective, and together choose the ideal date (or dates) for your session.

During the session, we work with a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental approach to transform your space step by step. By the end, clients usually feel lighter, happier, and excited about their home again — and many return for more projects or recommend us to friends.
